Josh Myers joined Advantus Strategies in 2007 after beginning his career in 2004 as the Chief Legislative Aide to House Majority Leader Delegate Morgan Griffith. Before serving in the Majority Leaders office, Myers was elected Chairman of the Salem Republican Committee while in college, making him the youngest Committee Chairman in Virginia at the time. He capitalized on this opportunity to become acquainted with many of the grassroots in Virginia politics. Myers is a 2004 graduate of Radford University where he served on numerous boards and committees at the University. Since graduation, he has become an active member of the Radford University Alumni Association and has served on the Executive Council.
